1: Terms of Service

These terms of service concern the agreement between you, and demohub.org, hereafter known as DemoHub.

DemoHub is a website and media distribution platform owned and operated by PSDL. By registering an account and/or using this Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

DemoHub reserves the right to change these terms of service at any given time. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, you are advised to frequently visit this page.

2: Guests, Publishers, and Users

Guests: If you browse this website without creating an account, you are a Guest and should be 13 years of age or older. If you register and upload media, you are a Publisher. Publishers must be at least 16 years of age to enter into this agreement.

Publishers: If you register an account and wish to publish content, you agree to be bound to the terms of this Agreement as a platform publisher. Publishers affirm that they are 16 years of age or more, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in this Agreement.

Users: Users refer to everyone who uses the site including guests, publishers and any users with accounts who do not publish media content.

3: Acceptable Use Policy

Users of this service are strictly prohibited from:

• conducting any illegal or fraudulent activity;
• violating the rights of others;
• threatening, inciting, promoting, or actively encourage violence, terrorism, or other serious harm;
• uploading content promoting child sexual exploitation or abuse; or
• violating the security, integrity, or availability of this service or its users;

Accounts of users who violate the above conditions will be terminated and its content will be removed.

DemoHub intends to provide a friendly and safe environment for the users of its service. Users shall be polite and courteous to each other at all times. If you misbehave we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice. Other prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

• spamming or sending repeated messages, junk email, events, or unsolicited messages;
• uploading viruses or malicious code;
• posting unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory content;
• uploading or posting content containing pornography, extreme violence, or uploading media content not relevant to the theme of this website;
• bullying, intimidating, harassing, defaming, or threatening others;
• violating copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights without permission to distribute such content;
• hacking, maliciously manipulating, or misrepresenting DemoHub in any way; or
• creating fake identities with the intent to mislead others;

Reporting of Violations

Where a violation is related to a demo posted, users can report violations of this policy using the report button located in the offending demo details page.

Other violations can be reported using the admin@demohub.org email address.

Suspending, terminating, or deleting accounts does not entitle you to claim for any compensation, damages, or reimbursement.

4: Account Registration

To use the service, you can register and verify an account by providing complete and truthful information. You can also use the service without an account, but this limits features.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and must choose passwords that meet the highest standards of strength as allowed by our website.

By registering, you agree to take full responsibility for all activities under your username and password. If you believe your login details have been violated, you should conduct a password reset.

By registering, you agree to use only one account, and not to share it with other persons.

5: Media and other Content

Any media content, for example images, screenshots, videos, etc. uploaded by a publisher, shall be created by that publisher. Such content is copyrighted by the publisher, unless they state otherwise.

Media content uploaded must be relevant to the theme of this website, and allocated to the most appropriate category. By uploading content, a publisher allows DemoHub to promote it on this site, and allow other users to provide links to content and profiles, without violating anybody else's rights.

Publishers are solely responsible for the content they upload and distribute on DemoHub. In doing so they affirm they own or have the rights, licenses, permissions and consents necessary to publish the submitted content. By submitting content, Publishers grant a license to DemoHub for publication on this Service.

DemoHub does not endorse copyright infringements activities and violations may result in the removal of content when notified of such violations. Removal and termination of accounts may occur without prior notice.

We do our best to ensure the content on our website complies with all laws and respects third-party rights. If you believe your rights are being infringed, please report any issues using the contact details provided in the footer of this document.

Other users who generate content, such as comments, profile information, collaboration projects, chat, etc. agree to allow DemoHub to display such content. If you delete your account, some content may persist. You can request to have such content deleted by contacting admin@demohub.org

DemoHub does not provide any guarantees for the storage and availability of your media or content. Users should ensure they retain their own backups.

Access to external resources

Through our website, you may access external resources provided by third parties. You acknowledge and accept that we have no control over these resources and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Conditions for third-party resources, including any rights granted in their content, are governed by those third parties' terms and conditions or by applicable law.

6: Payment, Fees, and Refunds

If you choose to make a purchase on this website, you must comply with the payment processor’s policies when using their services. If you enter your payment information, you represent that you are the authorized user of the card, PIN, key or account associated with that payment, and you authorize the Company to charge your credit card or process your payment with the chosen payment provider.

Membership and other purchase fees are displayed on the purchase page.

If a purchase is made, users will not be able to claim a refund at a later date. If there is an issue with the service, please contact admin@demohub.org to resolve the issue.

7: Term and Termination of Agreement

Users or publishers can terminate their account at any time, but are not entitled to refunds because of such termination.

Details about terminating your account can be found in our Privacy Policy - Section 8: Terminating your Account.

The term of this Agreement commences on the date you first register an account and will continue unless it is terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

8: Disclaimer

YOU AGREE THAT USING THIS SERVICE SHALL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK. DEMOHUB, AND ITS AFFILIATES, DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND THE USE THEREOF TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy constitutes the agreement between you and DemoHub concerning the Service.
